Reviews and Ratings
The hotel location is convenient for exploring Sapporo and attending the ice festival, but it's a bit far from the city center. The rooms are cozy, albeit smaller than expected, with a nice large bathtub that has a bubble massage function. The service was friendly and accommodating, providing extra blankets for my sleeping child. The dining experience offered delicious local specialties, though some felt there was too much Japanese food for breakfast.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean although a bit too small for the price in comparison to other chains we have stayed at. We enjoyed a good view while waking up in the morning; however, the room was quite hot and we could detect a hint of cigarettes even though we had a non-smoking room.
The hotel offers nice, clean rooms with pleasant appointments, but the smaller size on higher floors could be a bit tight for movement. The service is exceptional, with all personnel being very friendly and courteous, providing valuable advice on getting around the city. The location is convenient for transportation, although a little far from the city center. Overall, it's a good value for money stay with great service and location.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and equipped with a large bathtub with a bubble massage function, making for a luxurious experience. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests and make me feel at home. The location was excellent, near the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, offering convenience and easy access to transportation. However, the dining experience was a bit overpriced and lacked variety in breakfast options.
